CPT TFW2 - Head Coach/Owner

Amy is a dream coach full of energy and knowledge. She will motivate and inspire you beyond what you think you can do. She is a dynamite lady and we are so pumped to have her on our team.
Amy is a fitness competitor with many accomplishments. She is a personal trainer with Port City Fitness and is now one of our super coaches.

She is a Canfit Pro Certified Personal trainer who holds a level 1 Training for Warriors Certification, a Metabolic Training Certification, and is currently working on a Foam Rolling Course.

Amy is also a seasoned figure athlete having competed in 10 shows over the last 5 years. In her competitive career she has taken home 3 Third Place Trophies, 1 Second Place Trophy, went to Nationals, and in her final competition in November of 2017 she earned a second National Level Qualification.

She has a true love for health and fitness and is a hard working, motivated, and dedicated coach!

THE FACILITY

 

Newly renovated 2300 square feet, main floor is approximately 1800 square feet. 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers, a lounge area upstairs and a waiting area in front of the shop as well, training floor high ceilings, shock absorbing athletic rubber flooring throughout the training area.



THE Equipment

 

Fairly spartan, Mostly free weights oriented, dumbbells, kettle bells, squat racks, barbells, plyo boxes, jacob’s ladders, chin up rig... you get the idea. We get creative because we are not machine centric!
